Employers using these guides will be able to:
- help employers deal with workers who are unable to return to work, or who are reluctant to do so – for example, for health and safety reasons
- address issues for different types of industry
- specify priority steps for businesses to take, including phasing of workers’ return to work
- help employers take steps to protect vulnerable workers
- give guidance on how to talk to workers about Covid-19 prevention measures
- find useful links to further sources of information, including in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland where relevant.
