Adrian Chong is the Policy Manager for the China region at ACCA. In his role, he focuses on developing policy strategies, conducting research projects and thought leadership initiatives, and contributing to industry consultations in the China region. Adrian also played a significant role in establishing the China Public Affairs Team from its inception in 2022, where he built valuable partnerships with government agencies and regional accountancy bodies. These partnerships have helped elevate ACCA's brand presence and impact in the profession, the economy, and the society as a whole.

Prior to joining ACCA, Adrian worked as an audit manager at Ernst & Young. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree (majoring in accounting and finance) from the University of Melbourne, and a Master of Business Administration from City University of Hong Kong. He is a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
