Selling your practice to another like-minded practice - either through a broker or adviser or by identifying a practice in your own network - can be a good option for your practice and your clients
One of the most common exit strategies, selling to another SMP is an obvious route and one that may be more appealing than selling to a consolidator. There are advocates and detractors when it comes to the question of whether or not you should use a broker or adviser to faciliate the sale, or whether you can do it yourself.
