This group of courses will provide you with the tools you need to generate rich and interactive dashboards, that look like they have spent weeks in development, in only a fraction of the time.

Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BI are tools that enable database-like computational power on our desktops, firstly within the familiar environment of Excel, and then secondly within Power BI, automating and elevating the process of reporting and generating dashboards. 

Leverage Power Query and Power Pivot in Excel, and then see how they interact with Power BI to analyse and report key information.

how to load, link and update data in Power Pivot
how to write formulae in Power Pivot’s Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) language
Time Intelligence functions to analyse data across periods
how to extract, transform and load data using Power Query from a range of sources
how to format and transform ’dirty’ data into a usable form to enable analysis
how to build intuitive and interactive dashboards by using Power BI’s powerful visualisation and insight tools to automate your reports.

This course requires you to have a basic understanding of Microsoft Excel.
This pack requires you to download Power BI Desktop and register for the Power BI Service.
This pack requires you to use (for Windows) Excel 2016 (or newer), Excel for the web or Excel 365; (for Mac) Excel 2021.
The recommended operating systems for Windows are Windows 10 or 11; for MacOS is Big Sur 11 or later.
CPD certificate is available upon successful completion of all courses within the pack.
