He took us through a process to truly understand what our clients seek beyond the balance sheets – how to ask the right questions and position ourselves to deliver the kind of advisory services that resonate so deeply, financial investment becomes secondary to value. It reshaped the way we see our role as an accountant and awakened the realisation that advisory services are not just a niche offering but a core expectation from clients who trust us with their numbers – and their aspirations.
