Companies House is aiming to introduce the first set of changes brought in by the Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act on 4 March.
To help you find out more about these changes, Companies House recently hosted a live webinar to help businesses find out more about the upcoming changes to UK company law.
The webinar covered the following topics:
- new rules for registered office addresses
- a requirement for all companies to supply a registered email address
- new lawful purpose statements.
Information will also be shared about future changes being brought in by the Act, such as identity verification and changes to accounts. An expert panel will also be available to answer questions.
For anyone who missed the live webinar, there is now a recording available which you can register to listen to.
