Specimen exams
The Corporate and Business Law (LW) specimen exams indicate how the exam will be assessed, structured and the likely style and range of questions that could be asked.
Any student preparing to take this exam should familiarise themselves with the exam style and method. Depending on which variant you take, the exam may be sat by on-demand CBE, paper-based or session CBE.
Specimen exam format
Full specimens have been produced for the main exams, and our examining teams have also put together some sample questions to illustrate the new style of exam for all other versions.
