Studying with an Approved Learning Partner means you can expect to receive high quality tuition and excellent student support in a comfortable environment, conducive to study.

All of our Approved Learning Partners receive regular visits from ACCA to ensure that they are up to date on developments and continue to keep their standards high. Visits include meetings with ACCA students to get feedback on their experiences.

You should note that ACCA is not liable for any business expansion, transfer, failure, merger and/or acquisition of any ALPs.

The approval programme has three major benefits for students:

• Best practice assurance: in becoming an Approved Learning Partner your learning provider will have been assessed against ACCA’s widely recognised and highly-regarded global best practice benchmarks. This provides you with assurance of the high-quality ACCA tuition and student support you will receive.
• Improvements in the quality of tuition and student performance: your learning provider will have access to a range of development opportunities and tools, provided by ACCA to help in the continuous improvement of their tuition and your performance.
• Investigation of student complaints against learning providers: if you are unsatisfied with the way your Approved Learning Partner has dealt with your complaint, ACCA can step in and request a report from the institution on how the complaint was dealt with through their complaints procedure.

Platinum

This is the highest and most prestigious level of approval, available to learning providers who teach ACCA Qualification. Platinum learning partners are required to meet our global best practice benchmarks relating to the institution and course management, course delivery and student support. Platinum learning partners need to demonstrate student pass rates that exceed global averages for majority of the exams they teach.

Gold

This level of approval is awarded to learning providers who offer tuition for either ACCA Qualification or Foundations in Accountancy suite of qualifications. Gold learning partners are required to meet our global best practice benchmarks relating to the institution and course management, course delivery and student support. Following the approval, Gold learning partners need to demonstrate student pass rates appropriate for this level of approval.

Silver Learning Providers have demonstrated that they meet our criteria for approval, and are actively working in partnership with us to meet the remaining criteria for Gold approval.
