Becoming a member is a fantastic achievement. Once you’re on the register, most accountants stay there throughout their professional lives. And we want to help you manage your membership as you progress through your career.

However if your subscription isn’t paid in full each year or your CPD requirement isn’t met, you will be removed from our register, in line with our membership regulations. This means that you’d no longer have the right to use the ACCA or FCCA letters after your name.

How to reinstate your membership

If you are removed from the register, you can apply to return to it.

You can apply for readmission via your myACCA portal for members.
