Join a new member community
This is a member led peer support group open to ACCA Members and Affiliates based in the UK. The group is run by ACCA members Natalie and Lysann.
Having worked hard to become an affiliate or ACCA member, you might want to share the experience with others who are in the same boat and enjoy celebrating your achievement with them. You might have been offered a new job and have questions, or be inspired to look for new opportunities to further and develop your career. You might have other questions and might wish to have a sounding board to bounce off ideas, or might just be feeling isolated and benefit from some encouragement. We are all social beings and being part of a community can have many benefits.
This group allows opportunities to find like minded people, and build connections. It is a chance to be supported, inspired and grow ourselves - but also help others who are earlier on in their career or less experienced within a sector. The group is also open to FCCA members who can add valuable insight and experience, and through speaking together a few have experienced that “it’s not just me” moment and felt relieved. The vision for this group is that those who join will be able to reach their full potential and feel they receive value from being part of ACCA.
