Insolvency licences
ACCA relinquished its Recognised Professional Body (RPB) status, which meant that ACCA ACCA has not issued any insolvency licenses to members after their authorisations ended on 31 December 2019.
The Insolvency Practitioners Association (IPA) is the only RPB solely involved in insolvency. Further information on IPA can be found here.
A member who acts as an insolvency practitioner must hold a practising certificate from ACCA. Therefore, if you obtain an insolvency license from IPA, and you intend to hold or seek appointments, please apply for a practising certificate.
