David is based in Nigeria from where he covers ACCA’s regional policy work in Africa, contributing to ACCA’s global thought leadership.

Prior to joining ACCA, David worked in Deloitte as a manager both in the international tax and regulatory teams where he led teams in preparing and implementing public policy for various sub-national entities for over 9 years. He was also part of the team providing support and expert advice on the updates and policy direction on local Nigerian laws for various years. He also provided international tax advise to many multinational and fortune 500 companies and has been known to speak at certain events and workshops where he generally presents and shares his experiences.

A lawyer by training, David is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
